Well,i gotta confess i didn't have a clear image of him, but it surely wouldn't have a helmet, neeways, you're GREAT! :]

the only thing i dont like are his wings, only because you didnte shade them like everythign else. besides that, its cool.

I love the gladiator twist.......though i always thought he would b naked (um...)XO. Still, i love his heroic and deadly cold commanding pose. u've really brought across his arrogance, power and blatant superioty throughout all of this pic. The deep shding is so strong and rich, and the armour so grand and gleaming, u've displayed his fierocity (not to mention his six pack ;D) to perfection. The hand gripping the sword might be a bit awkward, but i love the mysterious combatant helmet and how he is on the left hand side, it makes him more symbolic and imposing. u could have put more detail in the wings, but i suppose that would have taken away from the armour. oh well. Amazing use of colour!!!!!!!!!!

A Greek Hoplite Angel - not what I would have pictured, but I like it for a warlord angel. Especially like the Corinthian Helmet - check out pictures of the Greek God (Ares) and Goddess (Athena) of war and see what they are wearing

No critism ,but it looks like Transformers joined Metatron, even the name matches, but still a very awesome picture.

I had a hard time imagining what Metatron looked like, till I saw your picture. Didn't the book say that angels looked more like architecture than people, this is along those lines. Supreme picture and talented artist.

I like it. It's got the Magneto vibe coming off it for sure.
