It's probably because of the cloak and the windblown hair that makes it look like Serafina, but yeah, I had coulter in mind.

Yes, if you changed the cloak and hair a bit it would very much like Coulter.

She looks really young here, but I'd say that's a good thing. You can definitely see the evil in her eyes, that she's got ulterior motives and she's up to no good.

oh YES! although I admit this would also make a good witch (and no, I'm not being a follower), I love the intensity of her expression, and the slight smile playing around her lips. it says so much.
