The election and all that

Postby Qu Klaani » Wed Apr 14, 2010 7:54 pm

Just an excuse to post this "how I should vote" thingy."

I came out with:

Liberal Democrats:
66%
Labour Party:
66%
Green Party:
55%
Conservative Party:
51%

I left out the avowedly racist parties.

Not terribly surprised:

LD: 71%
G: 69%
L: 51%
C: 40%

Nice tool.

any combination of angry, self-righteous, naive, uninformed, curt and belligerent.
Luckily this teenage attitude is only occasionally evident in my posts - but where
it is, I apologise, and ask you to read them with the understanding that I am no
longer quite so consumed by any of those characteristics.

Conservative Party:
77%
Labour Party:
44%
Liberal Democrats:
43%

Would like to know why my Lib Dem percentage is so low :? I desperately need the £10k personal allowance!

To be honest though I still don't know who to vote for. The conservative candidate here is a knob and I don't want to give him the satisfaction, and I don't agree 100% with any of the parties.

58% Labour
55% Lib Dem
53% Green
32% Tory

That's about the third one of these I've taken that's suggested I vote Labour :p

Classic from Brown today. Reminded me of the Simpsons episode where Burns was running for mayor.

Ben Goldacre pointed this out, it's a little bit brilliant.

Yeah - apparently it's ok to let private companies build, run and maintain nuclear power stations. Sounds pretty sound to me :sarcasm:

Nuclear power has no chance without massive state funding, so the one good part of the tory manifesto gets screwed by the Lib Dem's hippy faction. Yay for coalition politics!

IDIOT, n.
A member of a large and powerful tribe whose influence in human affairs has always been dominant and controlling. The Idiot's activity is not confined to any special field of thought or action, but "pervades and regulates the whole." He has the last word in everything; his decision is unappealable. He sets the fashions and opinion of taste, dictates the limitations of speech and circumscribes conduct with a dead-line.
