Doesn't look like it's sold by anyone, unfortunately. I don't remember if I've listened to it or not, but if the BBC radio adaptation is anything to go by you're not missing out. The unabridged audiobook is by far the best audio version.

I had a look through their site, and you can buy things to listen to them, I think it's about 30 euro for private usage.
There may be other charges too

NEW SERIES: NORTHERN LIGHTS

Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy is already acclaimed as a classic of imaginative fiction. Comprising Northern Lights, The Subtle Knife and The Amber Spyglass, it is a cosmic adventure story - a tale of love and survival. The trilogy has now been adapted by BBC Radio in a dramatisation which features Terence Stamp as Lord Asriel, Emma Fielding (Mrs Coulter) and young newcomers Lulu Popplewell (Lyra) and Dan Anthony (Will). The radio adaptation of the first book in the trilogy -
Northern Lights, will be broadcast over eight weeks on RTÉ Radio 1 in the children's drama slot at 6.05pm beginning on Saturday 15 February.

Northern Lights is an adventure spanning a multitude of worlds. A precocious orphan called Lyra Belaqua lives in an Oxford College in a world parallel to our world, a world where souls exist externally in the form of an animal, a daemon. 11 year old Lyra discovers that there are dark forces at work involving the kidnapping of children and a curious substance called "Dust". Children, and only children, are vanishing at the hands of what become known as the "Gobblers." Who the Gobblers are and
what they want is unknown, but soon, children from far and wide are disappearing without a trace, even Lyra's good friend, Roger. Lyra is catapulted into a life-and-death struggle to save not only herself but the future of all worlds, a struggle that will take her beyond The Northern Lights.

Author Philip Pullman was born in Norwich on 19th October 1946. The early part of his life was spent travelling all over the world, because his father and then his stepfather were both in the Royal Air Force. He spent part of his childhood in Australia, where he first met the wonders of comics, and grew to love Superman and Batman in particular.
Philip now lives in Oxford and he writes in a shed at the bottom of his garden.
