I'm going to ask a question in relation to a whole bunch of things that have been already mentioned.

For those of you (male or female, not gender specific) who want to have children, what concept about having children do you like? Do you personally want to have children as you like the idea of raising a child who would be somewhat like you, yes/no?

Biological imperative makes me want to. [EDIT: But I'm also not totally against adopting children, which seems to make more sense in an overcrowding world where there are unwanted kids who need some love that I could probably give. In that case something about it isn't totally biological, I guess...though I suppose I can transfer other traits that I have to a child besides biological ones...and surely that's also part of the biological imperative... Maybe it's about having something/someone to love unconditionally. I don't know.]

I'm probably going to book a doctor's appointment soon in relation to my excruciating period pain. I know a couple of other people have been through the process; what does it involve?

Same as Jaya when it comes to kids, really. I see babies and go 'aww, I want one' but that's jut my reaction to the cute. I've held crying babies and it's scary and I don't fancy having to deal with that for *years.*
Jaya, all I did was say how much pain I was in and he put me on the pill. He took my blood pressure, but that's it.

Hydrogen peroxide, Bethan. It is AMAZING at lifting blood stains. Like any stain, the sooner you can get it to soak, the better, but it even is rather good at dry stains. Just let it soak for a while and then you can throw it in with normal laundry.

It's commonly used as a first aid antiseptic, so try a pharmacy.

Any excuse to buy peroxide is a good one, I think I may try this too. Though hopefully without a need to remove stains.

I wish my body would decide if it wants to have a period or not. It keeps bleeding for an hour or so and then stopping, and then coming back again. It's silly. Don't like!
