Chris Weitz to draft Subtle Knife (see update)Posted by on August 13, 2007 at 12:17 amAn article at the Iranian website Payvand says that the Iranian-born screenwriter, Hossein Amini, will no longer be penning the script for the adaptation of The Subtle Knife. Amini was commissioned to write a draft script back in January, but Payvand reports that “apparently Amini set off working on another movie, Killshot, produced by Quentine Tarantino and the task was given to another talented screenwriter: Chris Weitz.” We’ll see if we can confirm this.Update: According to New Line’s production executive, Hossein Amini is still the only writer for The Subtle Knife after all.

u lot r sooo gullable. That is NOT Chris Weitz. I knew that info 3 weeks before that guy sed that… (or gurl)! Anyway, the subtle knife might not even b made due 2 religius stuff inthe second book. Also Dakota isnt 14 yet cuz her b-days in april and it doesnt actually say he strips down naked very intemittlyand if they make it a film he will probably only be topless. so if you want 2 b will you better start trainin wit those weights!!
