Something both critics seem to be fans of is the voice actor Sean Barratt, cast as Iorek Brynison and Lord Asriel in the readings. THANK YOU, IAN! I completely agree with you. Reading the book in and of itself it completely fantastic, but listening to the audiobook is another experience altogether. Sometimes I find myself really caught up in the story…and stop what I’m doing altogther… March 21, 2008 7:44 am | link

I loved it. I never thought it would be that good or that fun to “read” books this way but I’m glad I was proved wrong. A real treat.
