Well one blogger at the Guardian books blog site suggests that a Pullman pilgrimage to Oxford might be an appropriate activity for all, and describes what their very own trip was like. theres a full 5 minute preview on the golden compass official movie site, featuring pan talking, awesome view of the golden monkey, and a lot more of dakota talking, it shows the films darker nature more than anything else so far and makes the entire film look ten times better than the teaser trailer did, although i think it contains quite a few spoilers for anyone who not read the book. but its worth taking a look, it can also be found on you tube and yahoo. enjoy July 29, 2007 12:46 am | link

I have thought it would be fun to go to the Botanic Gardens… I’m going on a school trip to England/Ireland/Wales this spring, but I’ll only be in Oxford for a half-day. Aww.
