Watch Daniel Craig on Jonathan Ross
Actor Daniel Craig, who is playing Lord Asriel in The Golden Compass was a guest on the BBC’s Friday Night with Jonathan Ross talk show yesterday, and despite much of the show being dominated by discussions about Craig’s physique, they did in fact find time to talk about the soon-to-be released movie. Craig revealed, amongst other things, that he had simply called the studio after finishing the books and asked if he could be involved. You can watch the videos here, or just below.

I have not read the book, but to I have recently seen the movie. It was a terrible terrible experience, I strongly advice the general public not to waste money on it. The movie didn’t really have a good story line, there wasn’t much on “the golden compass”, it might aswell have been called “the lil girl that gets lost and recued then lost again then rescued once more”..
Just wait till it come on TV, I wouldn’t even wast money on a rental.

Aww, DC is gorgeous as well as adorable ;D I totally like that he initiated it himself because he loves the books that much.
